How do I place an order?

To pay by credit card or Paypal, use the Add to Cart button to compile a shopping cart of items you would like to purchase.  You have the opportunity to see the items in your cart anywhere on the Shira Productions website by clicking View Cart.  To submit an order online, click the orange Proceed to Checkout button on your shopping cart page.  Enter your ZIP code under the "calculate total order amount" link near the top.

If you have a PayPal account, you will be able to log in on the right.  If you do not have a PayPal account, use the form on the left to use a major credit card to make your purchase.  When ordering, please use a valid e-mail address; Shira Productions will use this information to contact you if there are any questions or issues with your order.

When your order has been received, Shira Productions will package and ship your order via USPS.


Can I pay by check or money order?

Yes, we accept both checks and money orders.  To send payment by mail, please use our mail-in order form, located here.  At this time, paying by check or money order is not available for international shipping.

Please note that orders will not be filled until checks have cleared.

Shipping and handling rates vary by country.  Rates are pre-calculated through PayPal for the following destinations:

  • Australia
  • United Kingdom
  • France
  • Belgium
  • Canada

When will my order arrive?
All orders will be sent via Standard Domestic (or International) Shipping by the United States Postal Service from Cleveland, Ohio.  Delivery times will vary.
